In this episode, we will be sitting in on a class called "Falling In Love With Jesus", taught by Vicki Orsillo. This class tackles the question "how do you stay in love with Jesus all the days of your life?" How do you keep your love from growing lukewarm? In this episode, Vicki introduces the idea of living a guilt free life, one where you both intend to not sin, and also forgive yourself for the times you mess up. In this episode, we will be sitting in on a class called "Faith In Tough Circumstances", taught by Stefanie Mumby. In this class, Stefanie shares her journey of walking through losing her husband, while choosing to believe that God is good despite the immense loss. She shares the process of letting go of control, and saying to the Lord, "Your will be done".This teaching demonstrates the ability to walk through tough circumstances while continuing to choose that God is good.

Refuse Ordinary S3E13: Hindrances To Receiving His Love

Welcome to another episode of Refuse Ordinary: Season 3! This season we're joining in on one of the many classes taught to level 1-4 of the full time School of Transformation.

 

In this episode, we will be sitting in on a class called "Hindrances To Receiving His Love", taught by Chloe Wellsand. This class is all about letting God's love transform us and free us. In order to do so though, we need to pursue healing for the lies and hurts that we have lived with. We get to choose to let Him come closer, and we get to choose to figure out what is blocking us. The goal is to walk in freedom and in His plans and purpose for our life.

 

At the end of this lesson, Chloe gives a few questions to ask the Lord:

1. Is there anything that is blocking me?

2. Jesus, would you reveal the lies or beliefs that I may have about You, others, or myself?

3. Jesus, how can I move forward?

4. Is there anything that I need to repent for?

Refuse Ordinary S3E14: Barriers To The Prophetic

Welcome to another episode of Refuse Ordinary: Season 3! This season we're joining in on one of the many classes taught to level 1-4 of the full time School of Transformation. 

 

In this episode, we will be sitting in on a class called "Barriers To The Prophetic", taught by Johnny Bowers. This class discusses the obstacles that get in the way of using the giftings that God has given us, such as the gift of prophecy. If we hold onto and believe the lies the enemy tells us, we may miss out on how the Lord wants to use us. The goal is to be able to live in freedom, letting the Holy Spirit move through us, and not miss out on what God has for our life.

Our version of perfectionism doesn't always line up with Jesus' version, so we need to find out what He is saying. Is perfectionism leading us to love?

In this episode, we will be sitting in on a class called "Communication With Pharisees", taught by Nathan Taylor. This class is about how Jesus' communication with the Pharisees, though often harsh, was actually loving them. They would come with their own agenda, focusing on something Jesus did that went against their traditions, while missing the big picture of what Jesus was doing and why He was there with them. Are there areas in our own lives that we are operating like the Pharisees did?

Refuse Ordinary S3E17: Healing Trauma

Welcome to another episode of Refuse Ordinary: Season 3! This season we're joining in on one of the many classes taught to level 1-4 of the full time School of Transformation. 

 

In this episode, we will be sitting in on a class called "Healing Trauma", taught by guest speaker, Pam Dyck. This class discusses the effects of trauma in our lives, both from the absence of good things or the presence of negative things in our lives. Pam talks about what it does to our physical bodies and how it will either result in fear or a lack of joy. She then goes on to lead prayers for healing the effects of trauma in our lives. This class goes deep, but it is so powerful.

Welcome to another episode of Refuse Ordinary: Season 3! This season we're joining in on one of the many classes taught to level 1-4 of the full time School of Transformation. 

 

In this episode, we will be sitting in on a class called "We Are His Bride", taught by Lisa Kelly. This class is all about how Jesus describes a relationship with Him to be like a marriage. It's about a relationship where there is vulnerability, and both sides giving up everything for the other. Jesus chose us, and we need to decide what our response to that will be.
