Welcome to another episode of Refuse Ordinary: Season 3! This season we're joining in on one of the many classes taught to levels 1-4 of the full time School of Transformation.
In this episode, we will be sitting in on a class called "Control", taught by Pastor Lisa Bowers. Control isn't all bad—there’s a healthy side to it and an unhealthy side. Unfortunately, many of us tend to lean toward unhealthy control, often shaped by experiences in our childhood. In this podcast, you'll learn to recognize the difference between healthy and unhealthy control, understand why we struggle with unhealthy patterns, and discover how to release that grip and trust Jesus instead.
